HR Business Advisor


A min of 8+yrs experience working at an HR Advisor role with international business units. This position must be astute in US HR Labor Laws, such as EEOC, Affirmative Action, Comp/Benefits, Staffing/Recruiting, Employee Relations, Strategic Planning. They will report directly to the HR Director in Houston, Texas and a dotted line report to the President of the Business Unit in Calgary. They will commute between Calgary and Houston and other international locations. Travel is at least 30% of the time. This is a DOER position. This is a stand alone role.
