Initial Creation

Catherine Brownlee started a Search firm in 1998 and believed that it required a “mascot” that would represent the company as a “one of a kind” Search firm that would promise to do its best on a daily basis to build and maintain relationships.  The original image of Twomanaga was that of a cartooned “Headhunter”.  Over time, the Search firm’s business model changed and stopped working as a “Headhunting firm” and moved into a support team that would work with both Candidates and Clients to effectively find matches in a fast paced Calgary Oil and Gas Industry.  At the same time, Twomanaga started attracting other interest.  With the same philosophy in “building relationships”, the Twomanaga Group was formed.  This is a group of business owners that all believe in giving back inside of our own community first!  As members, whenever a referral is passed between the companies, a percentage remains in the Twomanaga Group.  On an annual basis, 100% of the profit from the transactions, is sent to the YWCA to send children and their families to Camp.
